A patented Customer Interaction tool that leverages unique methods of automated, interactive, audio-visual roleplay empowering teams to quickly access, internalize, retain and articulate key company messaging on the front lines with customers.
A user is given a pre-defined set of scenarios to practis each day, the app has a small gamification method to keep users engaged and the company knowledgable about who is actively training and who is lagging behind.
A user can access completed scenarios and practis sets here, if they want redo, refresh or try to better their score or timing of the scenario.
We provided optimal UX for taking a user through the process of their daily regime of reps. Gamifying was key to keeping engagement as we saw during user testing and after user testing that most users felt like it was a good product but didn’t know if they would keep up with the training.

We provided easy tracking and gamifaction similar to Duolingo trying to encourage users to complete a full day’s work and even get ahead on scenarios for the week.
This project was def. one of our favorites, one because the product was unique and the requirements were complex, we worked with the clients through many iterations and versions until we got a product that fulfilled all requirements and provided a pleasant user experience.
